Verisk acquires Sequel from HG Capital for £250m
Data analytics provider Verisk Analytics has decided it will acquire UK software provider Sequel, from HG Capital and other shareholders, for £250m.
The acquisition will help to expand Verisk’s offering to insurance industries globally, enabling integrated data analytics through a specialised end-to-end solution.
