Post tracks test case related Covid-19 business interruption claims payouts for insurers affected by the Supreme Court judgment according to Financial Conduct Authority figures. Data shows the overall number of claims accepted by insurers, claims where the insurer's decision is pending, claims where all information has been received, claims receiving interim payments and claims that have reached final settlement. Figures are also broken down by insurer.
