Speed limiters in cars 'could create insurance gap'
Exclusive: The government should close legal loopholes which could prevent owners of vehicles installed with mandatory speed limiters from claiming on their motor insurance, lawyers have warned.
Last week, the European Transport Safety Council has proposed to make speed limiters mandatory in all new vehicles from May 2022, to reduce road traffic accidents.
According to ETSC, the speed
