Fitch: QIS5 unlikley to impact insurer ratings
Fitch Ratings said today that the final quantitative impact study QIS5 specifications do not materially alter Fitch's view on the likely impact of Solvency II on its insurance ratings.
Fitch notes that there have been a number of changes to the specifications since the draft was published in April 2010 and that these changes to own funds and credit for liquidity premium are likely
