ABI director hits out at pleural plaques ruling
The ABI director of general insurance and health has been quick to register his disappointment following today’s Supreme Court ruling that the Scottish Parliament acted within its powers in making pleural plaques compensatable.
Nick Starling responded to the ruling in favour of the Damages Act 2009 in Scotland by stating: "The insurers brought this case because they believe that The Damages Act is fundamentally flawed in
