Clarke poised to unveil Jackson plans
Justice secretary Ken Clarke will address parliament tomorrow outlining the government’s plans for the implementation of the Jackson report, Post has learnt.
According to sources, Mr Clark will be making an oral statement tomorrow afternoon, which is expected to address the proposals in the Review of Civil Litigation Costs, published in December 2009.
