County Group snaps up North Wales broker
The County Group has completed its fourth acquisition in seven months with the purchase of Denbigh-based broker George Williams Insurance Services.
GWIS was founded in August 1989 and has 5 staff. The business is approximately a 15%/85% split between personal and commercial insurance and is a £1.6m gross premium income broker.
