BLM partner Hughes to chair Foil in Scotland
BLM partner Frank Hughes has been appointed chairman of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers in Scotland replacing fellow BLM partner Tony Murray.
Hughes has more than 25 years' insurance industry experience and is an accredited specialist in personal injury law and acts as an expert witness in solicitors' negligence cases.
