Clear completes 19th acquisition with Emson Corporate Services buy
Clear Insurance Management has acquired Emson Corporate Services, taking the broker's controlled premiums to £70m.
The Emson team will continue to be led by Graham Davies, Brian Smallcorn and Nick Smallcorn and will move to Clear's main office in London.
Emson controls premiums in excess of £8m and its offering
