Howden gets green light for Perkins Slade Forrest takeover

Sports and recreation specialist Perkins Slade joines Howden

Hyperion-owned Howden UK has completed the acquisition of sports and recreation specialist Perkins Slade Forrest Holdings following shareholder and regulatory approval.

Birmingham-based Perkins Slade operates in three areas of specialism: sport and recreation, corporate, and high-net-worth private clients.

The broker, which has 90 employees, will form part of Howden
