RPC Consulting buys software company Marriot Sinclair
RPC consulting has acquired UK-based financial services software and consultancy firm Marriott Sinclair.
As part of the deal, three of Marriott Sinclair's principals - Alun Marriot, Mark Sinclair-McGarvie and Jonathan Broughton - will become partners of RPC Consulting.
