ERS owner Aquiline splurges on US adjuster
Private equity house Aquiline Capital has announced a deal to buy one of the largest independent claims adjusters in the United States.
Aquiline, which purchased ERS in April 2012, will acquire a majority stake Worley Claims Services having reached a definitive agreement with previous backers Seaport Capital and Advantage Capital.
