Software re-launch sees Validus tackle £6m of motor fraud in 18 months
Updates to Validus fraud tools have seen the firm investigate nearly 700 claims over 18 months, worth a total of £6m.
Nearly 4,200 claims have been subject of automated referral to the firm's claims investigation unit since early 2013, with Validus staff rebutting an average of £9000 per investigated claim.
