Blanc pays tribute to Oval staff as earnings rise
Oval chief executive Peter Blanc has thanked staff for their dedication while the broker continues sale talks.
Staff were informed of talks with Gallagher over a potential sale in mid-January.
In an internal memo, Blanc, pictured, said: "There are bound to be some feelings of uncertainty whilst the sale talks
