Marsh cements Scottish position with Central Insurance deal
Marsh has reached an agreement to acquire Aberdeen-based Central Insurance Services in a deal that is expected to propel the combined entity to being the leading broker in Scotland.
The transaction, which is anticipated to close later in the first quarter of 2014, has been billed as cementing Marsh's position in Scotland and enhances its ability to service corporate clients
