Consumer watchdog champions single PII scheme
A report published by the Legal Services Consumer Panel has proposed that a single professional indemnity insurance scheme and compensation scheme is launched to cover the legal services sector.
According to the Law Gazette, the report on legal regulators' financial protection schemes, which was published today, states that a single scheme would allow PII premiums to be based on type of legal
