Validus completes LDC-backed MBO
Motor claims specialist Validus-IVC has completed a management buyout with the support of former Davies backer Lloyds Development Capital.
The deal, in which LDC will contribute £12m for a 40% stake in the Norwich-based firm, will also mark the exit of Philip Easter as Validus chairman.
