Mass calls for government to assess FRC impact
The Motor Accident Solicitors Society has urged the government to conduct an impact assessment on the fixed recoverable costs consultation results, fearing the outcome could have a detrimental effect on accident victims' rights.
Mass said that the FRC proposals will reduce the quality of services offered, the availability of expert independent legal advice for victims, and the likelihood of severely injured victims finding
