ABI demands government action on costs
The Association of British Insurers has called for action to tackle fraud and reduce legal costs in motor claims after the government responded to the Transport Committee's report on rising premiums.
Responding to the Transport Select Committee's follow-up report, Nick Starling, ABI's director of general insurance, said: "Honest customers continue to pay the price for excessive legal costs
