Keelan Westall hails second in-house claims move
Aviva has granted Keelan Westall the authority to process and settle Aviva claims in-house, for amounts up to £2500 net of the excess. The Barbon-owned, Hampshire- based company already has a similar arrangement in place with Zurich.
Sue Regan, claims manager at Keelan Westall, said: "Our average claims settlement time for small claims under £2500 is now nine weeks, which is a huge benefit for brokers and their property owner
