CBG acquires Rockbridge Healthcare
Insurance broker CBG has completed its first acquisition in two years with the purchase of medical intermediary Rockbridge Healthcare.
The deal, which is for undisclosed fee, follows a difficult spell for the broker, which sold parts of its personal lines business to Swinton in February and suffered a slump in profits in March.
