Safeonline acquires IP firm Samian
Independent Lloyd’s insurance broker Safeonline, has acquired Samian Underwriting Agencies.
The transaction will see all staff and business transfer into a new division within Safeonline that will trade under the Samian underwriting agency brand.
According to Safeonline, Samian, which
