Rugby player at centre of credit hire dispute
A professional rugby player has found himself at the centre of a dispute between credit hire operator Accident Exchange and his insurer.
In a judgment handed down at Glasgow Sheriff Court last week in the case of Kevin Tkachuk v Direct Line, the court reduced the £11 000 sought for the hire by Accident Exchange to £3500.
