Leasehold Reform Act bans nominated insurance notes
Labour MP David Crausby welcomed changes in the law due to be enacted on Feb 28 banning landlords from dictating insurance requirements to leaseholders.
In the House of commons yesterday, Mr Crausby - who is Labour MP for Bolton North East, said: "This House welcomes the changes to the law relating to leaseholders which comes into force on 28thOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
