Swinton predicts consumer backlash to offshoring moves
Research commissioned by broker Swinton, revealed that an astonishing 67% of those surveyed said that if they knew that an insurance provider's customer service centre was based offshore, they would not buy a policy from them.
A staggering 96% said that they believe corporate greed is the principal motivator behind moving service centres abroad. 72% of those surveyed expect the service provided by offshore centres to beOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
