MIB makes rail crash promise
The Motor Insurers' Bureau today confirmed that it will be meeting in full all personal injury claims submitted by vicitims of the Berkshire rail crash under the terms of the Uninsured Drivers' Agreement.
The announcement follows recent discussions between the Bureau, Network Rail and the rail operator First Group.To date 36 claims have been made to the MIB. Details concerning the value cannot be
