Highway cancels renewals practice
Motor insurer Highway has told its network of brokers that it is to automatically lapse policies unless brokers make contact within the month before policy renewal is due.
Previously, Highway would refrain from lapsing on the renewal date, allowing 14 days during which renewal instructions might be in transit from a broker’s office. However the launch of the MotorOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
