Insurance bodies publish recommendations for FSA 'Terms of Business Agreements'
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA), Association of British Insurers and the Institute of Insurance Brokers have today published their recommended core principles for Terms of Business Agreements between insurance companies and brokers.
The forthcoming regulation of general insurance mediation by the FSA, in January 2005, will effectively require insurance intermediaries to have a written agency agreement with the firms theyOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
