Zurich Municipal launches best practice fraud guide
Zurich Municipal, the provider of insurance and risk management to the public services, has launched a best practice guide designed to reduce the number of fraudulent claims made against Housing Associations and Local Authorities. The guide demonstrates how to prevent, detect and investigate fraudulent claims.
Recent research carried out by Zurich Municipal found that one in five housing associations and a quarter of local authorities believe that fraudulent claims have a significant impact on resourcesOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
