Warning over Appointed Representatives status
Insurers and brokers should not accept appointed representatives without conducting full due diligence, law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain has warned.
Earlier this month, the FSA expressed concern about the small number of secondary intermediaries who have to date applied for FSA authorisation. The FSA has pointed out that after 13th July 2004 thereOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
