Towergate’s founders donate £4m worth of shares to staff
Founders of Towergate Underwriting Group, Peter Cullum, Paul Dyer and Tony Proverbs, are gifting almost 2% of their shares, worth an estimated £4m, to staff.
Mr Cullum, group executive chairman, said: “We are delighted to be able to let staff benefit from the success of the group. We believe that the shares that have been placed in an Employee BenefitOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
