Commercial property insurance broker Cadogan Keelan Westall has responded to the Environmental Damage (Prevention and Remediation) Regulations by developing a new product.
The broker is offering specialist environmental impairment liability insurance and a set of guidelines to ensure policyholders are covered under the regulations, which came into force at the beginning
