RPC comments on new asbestos rules
Reynolds Porter Chamberlain (RPC) has urged the insurance industry to see the new asbestos regulations that come in to force on May 21 as an opportunity for business growth, rather than as a potential problem.
The new regulations - amendments to the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 1987 - require all commercial premises to be inspected for asbestos and for the risks from any asbestos to be managed.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
