FSA’s menu on polarisation is too complex, says AIFA
The director general of the Association of Independent Financial Advisers, Paul Smee, said: “The FSA’s proposed version of the menu is overly complex and there is a danger that it will not be read by consumers. This in turn will not meet the regulator’s objective of encouraging consumers to shop around."
AIFA has published today its response to the FSA’s consultative paper on ‘Reforming polarisation: a menu for being open with consumers’.Mr Smee said: "The menu has become too cluttered and, in theOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
