A former senior manager at Dublin-based Cologne re has been 'prohibited' from performing in the UK any controlled function requiring regulatory approval.
The Financial Services Authority and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority have prohibited Mr John Byrne, for his involvement in arranging and structuring a number of financial reinsurance
