XL America, a subsidiary of XL Capital, has announced plans to relocate four of its business units and over a hundred employees to new offices in Hartford, Connecticut.
The company has signed a lease to acquire 38 000 square feet of office space at Hartford's 100 Constitution Plaza, which the Company plans to occupy in September 2004.Anthony Giacco of XL’s
