Horwich Farrelly backs “radical” Jackson reforms
Insurance litigation law firm Horwich Farrelly has backed the Ministry of Justice’s plans to implement the Jackson Review.
Justice secretary Ken Clarke has outlined plans to end the recoverability of success fees and after the event insurance premiums in ‘no win no fee' cases.
Under the changes, claimants will also pay
