Nicholson replaces Nichols as Zurich's chief claims officer
Zurich has appointed James Nicholson as chief claims officer with immediate effect, replacing David Nichols.
Nicholson’s appointment comes after former chief claims officer David Nichols took the role of head of retail at the insurer earlier this month, following Dave Martin’s departure for Aviva.
