RSA adopts trans-inclusive policy for UK staff
RSA has recently launched a new policy to support trans-identified and transitioning staff, and ensure their colleagues have the right tools and resources to be effective allies.
Developed in in collaboration with Jackson McGarry, an RSA staff member who has recently transitioned while in his role, the policy aims to open up dialogue on gender identity.
