ABI fails to reach apprenticeship target

Diversity and inclusion

The Association of British Insurers will not reach its target of doubling the number of apprenticeships in insurance by 2025, according to diversity and inclusion data collected by the group.

In its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Blueprint, the association set out to increase the number of apprenticeships from 1,200 in 2022 to 2,500 by 2025.

While collecting DEI data this year, the body
