There is still time to complete the Best Insurance Employer 2024 survey

You now have until Friday 12 April to rate what is most important when it comes to choosing an insurance employer and what value you see in perks and benefits.

The survey also looks at what training and development the sector offers, how staff feel about senior management, and if they would recommend their employer to a friend.  

The survey will also explore the progress the sector is making in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion to promote a more representative and fairer workplace for all.

So if you work for a broker, a managing general agent or insurer do not hesitate and fill in the form today. 

Just as importantly, get your colleagues to do it too to make sure your employer hits the necessary threshold to be included.

And as an added bonus – as well as being included in the annual Best Insurance Employer write-up on Post, there will be two British Insurance Awards up for grabs for the best small and medium firm of under 250 staff, and then larger one for 250+ staff.

These will be announced at the glitzy ceremony on the 3 July at the Royal Albert Hall. A shortlist of the firms in the running will be revealed in May.

All survey responses will remain anonymous and will not be attributed to any individual; however, the aggregated results will be collated to create a report and provide analysis of the data.
