With cost of materials and labour increasing, Allianz head of property claims, Rebecca Rogers says working with brokers and loss adjusters on claims can help make liability decisions quicker and keep the duration cycle and costs down.

Rogers told Post that Allianz has been ensuring all parties included in the claim have been involved in the process to allow the insurer to “understand what’s happened” and make decision on liability
