Post surveyed 2800 insurance employees and Ageas was voted a 3* employer in the large employer category.
Ageas employees gave the group a 3* rating in this year's survey.
The insurer previously earned 4* in 2021, and cracked the top 20 in 2020.
Employees were asked to rate their employer out of 10 in
