Towergate sells Milburn to UBT in £2.2m deal
Towergate Insurance Brokers has sold Milburn Insurance Brokers to UBT (EU) in a £2.2m deal that completed on 1 November.
The deal sees Milburn’s books of business, an office in Chelmsford and approximately 22 employees move to UBT, Post can reveal.
It has been structured with £100,000 in cash, a £300,000 deferred
