Van Ameyde, which owns Woodgate and Clark, has bought marine surveyor and consultancy McAusland Turner.
Van Ameyde intends to open a London office for the company, which already has bases in Hull, Grimsby, Newcastle, Bristol, Burgess Hill and Bristol, in addition to representative offices in Rochester
