Business interruption to fall under terrorism cover
Businesses disrupted by terrorist attacks will soon be able to claim under their insurance policy.
The government said it will amend laws binding Pool Re to enable it to cover business interruption.
The 1993 Reinsurance Act means that Pool Re is currently only able to pay out if physical damage
