Co-op trials Facebook car insurance chatbot
Co-op Insurance is trialling the UK’s first car insurance chatbot via Facebook Messenger.
After users answer four questions relating to their age, location, who will be driving the car and the value of the vehicle to be insured, they receive an estimate before completing the full quote on
