Hong Kong Federation of Insurers confident over claims database
The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers is mindful of privacy issues around the implementation of a centralised claims' database in the Special Administrative Region.
Following a consultation of 67 general and life insurers the HKFI said its legal consultant is "beefing up the privacy proposal to robustly address all potential privacy and legal risks."
