Charles Taylor announces result of rights issue

Professional services firm Charles Taylor has announced that it received valid acceptances in respect of 17,638,808 of the 19,722,762 new ordinary shares offered to qualifying shareholders in its three for seven rights issue, representing approximately 89.43%.

The three for seven rights issue was announced on 18 March 2015, and closed for acceptances at 11am on 8 April.
