BLP Insurance has recruited the former managing director of Arthur J Gallagher-owned Keelan Westhall as its new head of sales.
Wayne Tonge, pictured, joins the business after resigning from Keelan Westhall in September last year.
Gallagher acquired the business in May 2013 as part of its purchase of the property and
